If you’re feeling a more upscale and intimate evening, consider Russells' Valentine’s Day Winemaker Dinner with Barrage Cellars. It’s guaranteed to be a fun, romantic evening featuring a five-course dinner, paired with Barrage Cellars Wine. Grab your tickets before they sell out. Want a fancy dinner without a ticket? Consider Grazie for casual, contemporary Italian with live music and featuring a special Valentine’s menu. Call ahead and place reservations to secure your spot!
Unleash your inner chef at Lauren Ashton Cellars Valentine’s Day Cooking Workshop. At this hands-on workshop, learn how to prepare nutritious and delicious appetizers and desserts that are easy to make and always a crowd-pleaser. Take a short drive to Woodinville to sip on some of the finest wine in the PNW. It’s the perfect destination for a date night, as well as a girls night out (GNO). Check out our list of wineries to choose from to help you in your search. From our list, we recommend Matthews Winery for Valentine’s Day. There will be live music from Jet City Band, a pop/rock cover band, and authentic Mexican dishes from Qurious Tedious. There’s no cover fee and wines are sold by the glass and bottle. Enjoy a monster burrito with a glass of wine in hand.
Plan on keeping it simple? Consider these options.
Stroll through the park, plan a picnic or stop in the gazebo when visiting one of Bothell’s most iconic spots, the Park at Bothell Landing. Grab some wine and cheese or craft his or her favorite meal from scratch! This option will offer beautiful views, a rich sense of history and a special touch of personalization for your Valentine. After spending time outdoors, warm up with a cup of coffee at Cafe Ladro or Social Grounds.
Keep it low-key and spend the day meandering Main Street. Start the morning at The Den Coffee Shop, then cruise up and down Main Street stopping into shops like Sankara Imports for treasures found in India, Nepal and Turkey. Afterward, grab lunch or a mid-afternoon glass of wine from Revolve Food and Wine Bar and finish the day with something sweet from Hillcrest Bakery.
Looking for something low-key? Visit Bothell breweries for craft beer and delicious eats. On Friday, visit the Hop and Hound to enjoy craft beer in their beer garden and chow down on mouth-watering burgers from Macho Burger’s food truck, open from 5 to 8 PM. If you’re here for the long weekend, visit Foggy Noggin, a quaint microbrewery specializing in English style ales, on Saturday. If you seek to further your beer conquest, visit Woodinville’s Dirty Bucket Brewing, 20 Corners Brewing and Triplehorn Brewery for even more stellar options.
When visiting Bothell this weekend, relax and unwind with a partner yoga session or a Thai massage. On February 15th, Leela Yoga Studio is hosting a Valentine’s Day Partner Yoga Workshop. It’s perfect for beginners and those who want to experience a deeper sense of connection through love, light and laughter.
If you’d like to learn about developing intimacy, attend the Valentine’s Day Thai Massage Workshop on February 16th where couples will learn the basics of Thai massage. Not only as a way to deepen connection and intimacy but also as a way to provide therapeutic results. Get your zen on with your partner, or your friends.
