Amaro Bistro brings la dolce vita to Bothell, combining market-fresh local ingredients, skilled culinary chefs, and an extensive wine list that taps into the best vineyards of Italy, the Northwest, and California. The Italian bistro specializes in woodstone-fired pizza, and roast meats and fish!
Bamboo House brings authentic Vietnamese cuisine to our corner of Washington, serving piping-hot Pho (beef noodle soup with a simmering broth as its base) and Bun (vermicelli dishes with your choice of meat and crispy egg rolls), as well as other delectable dishes.
Bay Leaf is a family-owned eatery that combines Indian, Pakistani and Mediterranean cuisine in its flavorful menu. Owners Azmat and Rani Bhatti pride themselves in incorporating traditional flavors and spices to its dishes, including their Lamb Seekh Kababs and Tandoori Prawns.
Make sure to visit during happy hour — the restaurant offers $2 off all of its house cocktails, $1 off all of its tap beer, $4 Indian bottled beers, and discounts on select appetizers.
Craving something sweet? Look no further than Böba Bothell, a women-and-family-owned establishment that creates classic and inventive bubble teas, and sweet and savory snacks, like takoyaki and bubble waffle cones.
Order the crowd-pleasing black milk tea with tapioca or try their fruity slushes, with flavors like passionfruit, rose, and lychee.
“Passionately prepared Thai food” is Chantanee Thai’s motto and it’s not hard to see why — its owner Julaluk Chantanee brought her culinary prowess from Thailand to the Pacific Northwest, and opened her first restaurant in 1996. Order any dish that features the restaurant’s original, homemade chili paste — its one that puts the establishment on the culinary map, separating it from others.
The Mexican restaurant offers familiar dishes — including burritos, carnitas, and carne asada — and daily specials, paired with staples, such as pico de gallo and guacamole, prepared fresh by the staff every day.
Tá Jóia mixes the Lee family’s Korean heritage with the matriarch’s time in Brazil, creating unique flavors that pay homage to both countries. The Tá Jóia Special — only available after 4 p.m. — is a shining example of this: A hearty bowl with slow-cooked brisket, pork, and sausage over Spanish rice, paired with pico de gallo and the restaurant’s signature green sauce.
