Seattle, Washington and Vancouver, British Columbia are set to be host cities for the 2026 World Soccer Games, bringing the excitement of international soccer to the Pacific Northwest. The largest-ever stage for soccer will feature six matches at Seattle’s Soccer Field, with four group stage matches on June 15, 19, 24, and 26, including a match featuring the U.S. men’s national team on June 19. Seattle will also host two knockout round matches: a Round of 32 match on July 1 and a Round of 16 match on July 6.
Just a short drive from Bothell, Washington, this global event provides an incredible opportunity to experience world-class soccer matches up close. While the stadium may be the main event, where you stay (and what you do between matches) can shape your experience. Just north of Seattle and a few hours south of Vancouver, Bothell offers the best of both worlds: nearby access to the action via I-405, with the charm, walkability, and relaxed pace of a small town waiting for you as a home base after the final whistle blows. Or, stay in Bothell all summer long and tune in to our local watch parties!
