October is here, and so are the pumpkins! Most of the U-pick patches in the area have something to offer for everyone in the family. Corn mazes and hayrides, apple cannons, pumpkin picking and more — so making a day of your adventures will give you the chance to experience it all. We’ve rounded up the seven best pumpkin patches near Bothell and Seattle below, so scroll down and get ready to carve out some fun.

This pumpkin patch has over 140,000 pumpkins to choose from and is the place to be both during the day and after hours. Thomas Family Farm boasts a two-mile corn maze, super slides, apple cannons, and more by day. When night falls, try Zombie Paintball, the haunted house, or find your way out of the flashlight corn maze.

Shop the farmer’s market, shoot an apple cannon, roast s’mores in a fire pit and find your way out of a 12-acre corn maze at Bob’s Corn & Pumpkin Farm. The Snohomish spot is filled with so many family things to do—slides, hayrides, trike tracks and a cow train. And it’s no secret, so expect weekend crowds later in the month of October. The hayride is free and takes you to a 40-acre pumpkin patch filled with over 60 varieties ranging in size from mini pumpkins to not so mini (up to 200 pounds!) pumpkins. Please note, tickets must be purchased online, in advance.

If you’re looking for family-friendly activities, look no further than Carleton Farm. Outside of their classic pumpkin patch, the farms’ no-scare attractions are a hayride, corn maze, paintball, apple cannons, jump pad, and more.

Oxtober Fall Festival is Oxbow Farm & Conservation Center’s month-long festival celebrating all things Fall. A special October scavenger hunt, pumpkin arts and crafts, face painting, children’s book readings, and pumpkin shopping (of course) are just a few of the fun things to do at Oxbow.

The small family farm is located in the Green River Valley outside of Auburn, Washington. Known as the local source for produce to the Puget Sound Region and beyond, Mosby Farms hosts their annual free pumpkin patch daily throughout the month of October. You’ll find multiple varieties from carving pumpkins to pie pumpkins and even winter squash, ranging from small to large. Don’t miss the corn maze and take home a decorative gourd, ornamental corn or corn stalk for your fall seasonal décor.

Named to the Best Fall Festivals list in Travel & Leisure Magazine, Craven Farm offers over 50 varieties of pumpkins, a 15-acre Alice in Pumpkinland corn maze, and Pooches in the Patch—two days (10/11 and 10/29) dedicated to Fall fun with the pups. The farm also hosts a Night Owl Maze on Friday and Saturday Nights in October (until 9 pm). Don’t miss Craven Farm’s miniature golf, apple cannons, jump pads, axe throwing, and farm animals, then wind down at the end of the day by cozying up to the fire pits.
